Text saying 'materials & care' with a string of yarn and a yarn ball.

Nodi pieces are designed to be lived in, loved, and worn often. With proper care, they’re made to stay with you for a long time.

Most products are created using 100% cotton yarn, selected for its softness, durability, and comfort. Some pieces may include specialty fibres depending on the design. Full material details are always listed under each individual product.

Because every item is handmade, slight variations are part of what makes each piece unique.

spot cleaning

Spot cleaning is recommended whenever possible to help preserve the shape, texture, and longevity of your piece.

✫ Use a soft cloth with cold water and mild soap
✫ Gently dab the area instead of rubbing
✫ Avoid harsh detergents or bleach
✫ Let air dry completely before storing or wearing

full wash

If a full wash is needed:
✫ Hand wash in cold water using a gentle detergent
✫ Do not bleach
✫ Do not wring or twist the fabric
✫ Lay flat on a towel to reshape and air dry
✫ Avoid hanging while wet, as this can stretch the fibres
✫ Do not machine dry

storage

To help your pieces last for years to come:
✫ Store flat whenever possible
✫ Keep away from direct sunlight for long periods of time
✫ Avoid hanging heavier crochet items, as they may stretch over time
✫ Keep in a cool, dry place between wears

Each hat is handmade with 100% cotton yarn and lots of care! Because some colours are more vibrant than others, slight colour bleeding may happen if the hat gets very wet — especially during the first wash.

For example, darker colours in striped or multi-colour hats may lightly transfer onto lighter sections when damp.

To keep your items looking their best, I recommend following the above steps & spot cleaning whenever possible. When dabbing, trying to stay on the same colours to avoid transfer.

Like all handmade dyed textiles, colours may naturally soften over time with frequent sun exposure and washing.

handmade notes

Because each item is handmade, slight variations in stitching, sizing, and colour placement may occur. This makes every piece unique.
